By participating in our referral program, you can share the advantages of our cutting-edge genomic solutions with your network. Help your colleagues access innovative genomic services and enjoy exclusive rewards as our way of saying thank you for your support.

Participating is simple. Follow these three easy steps: 

1. Submit a Referral: Complete our referral form with your and your colleagues' details.
2. Referral Engages with Signios: Your colleague initiates and completes a project valued at $2,000 or more.
3. Receive Your Reward: Select your preferred reward as our thank you for your endorsement. 

• $50 Amazon Gift Card: Delivered via email.
• $250 Credit: Applied as a single credit to the referring customer’s next order, which must have a minimum total of $3,500.
• Free Bioinformatics Analysis Credit: Covers a “Standard” analysis package valued up to $2,000 on a single order. The referring customer can pay the incremental difference to upgrade to an “Advanced” analysis package.

Conditions to Receive the Award:

• The referred customer (new customer) must fulfill an order valued at $2,000 or more for the referring customer (current customer) to qualify for an award.
• The referring customer can receive multiple awards for multiple referrals.
• One award is granted for each successful referral.
• Only one referral award can be applied per order, and awards cannot be combined for use on the same order.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form.
• Rewards will be issued after the referred customer’s project is completed and payment is received.
• Signios reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program without prior notice.
